1. Eligibility

• The referral program is open to anyone, including existing clients, candidates, and external contacts.
• The referred candidate must not already be in Rec2’s database or actively in contact with Rec2.

2. Referral Submission

• All referrals must be submitted through the official referral form on the Rec2 website, or via phone/email to Dan Packham directly.
• Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may disqualify the referral from the program.

3. Referral Reward

• The referral reward is a pre-loaded EFTPOS card to the value of AUD $1250 and will be paid upon the successful placement of the referred candidate.
• The referred candidate must complete their probation period with the company they have joined. This timeframe will vary.
• The gift card will be processed within 30 days after the referred candidate’s probation period is completed.
• The gift card will be either given to the referee in person, or mailed via AusPost tracked.

4. Candidate Qualification

• The referred candidate must secure a role through Rec2 and commence employment within 6 months of the referral submission.
• The referred candidate must be placed in a permanent, full-time position to qualify for the reward.

5. Exclusions

• Self-referrals will not be accepted.
• Rec2 employees and immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the referral program.

6. Confidentiality

• Referrers must obtain consent from the candidate before submitting their information.
• Rec2 will handle all candidate information in accordance with its privacy policy.

7. Program Changes

• Rec2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

8. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute regarding the referral reward, Rec2’s decision will be final and binding.
